Privacy notice

What we collect, and why

• Health Check figures are compared in your browser. Nothing is stored unless you ask us to send the result, in which case we keep your name, email, the figures and your planned opening date so Tunji can follow up.
• The website assistant. Messages you send are processed by a language-model provider to generate a reply. We keep conversation transcripts for 90 days to review the assistant’s behaviour, then delete them. Do not put card numbers or personal data about other people into the chat.
• Bookings. Name, email, location of your business (for VAT), the slots you request and the topic. Payment details are collected by our payment provider on their own page; we receive a confirmation, not your card number.
• Email enquiries are kept as ordinary business correspondence.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who processes it

Hosting, email, scheduling, payment and language-model providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Some are outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We choose providers that commit to confidentiality and deletion on request.

How long we keep it

• Assistant transcripts: 90 days.
• Health Check leads and booking requests: until the enquiry is closed, then up to 24 months for follow-up unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Invoices and payment records: as long as UAE law requires.

Your choices

Email tunji@back2front.group to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
